My experience with Advanced Electronics is a positive experience. Thanks to the high professionalism, diligence and knowledge of Brandon Walton! This gentleman came into my home, accurately diagnosed my issue and informed me of the repair cost. Unfortunately, the repair cost was too great and I could not justify repair versus replacement. Brandon was a wealth of knowledge when it came to recommendations concerning replacement refrigerators and other appliances. Although I was not able to spend a great deal of money with Advanced Electronics on this trip. I guarantee the next time I have an issue with an appliance. I will be calling Advanced Electronics!

The technician Brandon is the man!!! Helped me with bad ice maker (Frigidaire) In less than thirty min . Helped with any questions I had and gave me a lot of advice . Thanks big dawg!!!! Get that extended warranty yall.
we paid $200 for them to look at our washer 6 weeks ago, scheduled service 1 week after, ordered wrong part, scheduled another service, ordered wrong part. Supposedly parts were being sent incorrectly, no appology, nothing. Will not ever use again or recommend.
Brandon repaired my refrigerator and even saved me money by not replacing an item that was in good shape. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. He was very respectful and cleaned up everything after he finished. I have had technicians come from other companies and really over charge and not do a very good job. I will call advanced electronics again and request Brandon. He was awesome! Thank you AE! Donnie Evans
