Dealing with a possible computer hacking issue is stressful, but this team was amazing. I would highly recommend Mike at Advanced IT Solutions LLC for any computer repair or other related computer work you may need done. He was so fast, comprehensive, and professional and the work that was done was beyond my expectations. I had a computer that needed to be wiped and reconfigured from a "work" computer to one of personal use. He basically started the computer from scratch, added all the appropriate programs that I would need (and then some) from what I expressed I would need to use on a personal basis. He organized the laptop so well and made sure I had appropriate security and cleanup tools to be sure it stayed functioning at its' highest capacity. He went through a demo with me to be sure I understood everything he had done and the tools he had provided me. I couldn't be more pleased. For the services he provided the cost was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any of my computer needs and you should too !
I built my gaming PC back in 2018 and hadn’t updated any hardware or software since. Mike was upfront and transparent about the services he recommended, and he even offered a few solutions to try before spending money on new parts. He deep-cleaned the PC, updated the software, and optimized everything, which significantly improved performance and saved me money.
