Went in to get one year of back taxes completed. I was told I would get help dealing with the IRS and they filed them and now I have a bill due in two weeks from IRS. So they just filed them and walked away. Now after paying almost 900 dollars to Advance tax solutions, I have to negotiate with the IRS on my own. Definitely not the result I was promised when I spoke to Alex at my initial meeting. Every day I hear their commercials promising help and hope but they did not deliver for us. They just filed them like H&R Block would, got their money and your on your own with IRS. Disappointed and still stressed out to the max
Met with Alex this morning about some complex tax questions. He was a very cool guy. He offered some advice and even said to call or email him if I had any other follow up questions. No charge for any of this either. Daniela at the front desk was very nice and Monet who took my call was also very kind. Professional people, who know that good service is good business. It's not easy to find people that you can truly trust these days...and these people and this business really made an impression on me. If I could give more stars I would.
Excellent service! I would heartily recommend Advanced Tax Solutions. They are professional, thorough, and had answers to my seemingly never ending questions. They even spent time educating me on the trickier parts of my tax preparation so that next year wouldnt be so confusing and scary. Look forward to working with them again!
I've truly enjoyed working with the Advanced Tax Solutions team. They are honest, kind, and always responsive. Todd is so knowledgeable about all the IRS rules and regulations. I love how he explains everything in a way that you can understand. These folks will help you and not make you feel dumb for asking lots of questions. Thank you for what you do!
Do not use this company I went in to get my back taxes done they continued to push me from one tax person to another. I was told all me back years would be taken care of and the only file for two previous years. Cost me $2000 for something I could had done for less. They will lie and not fully do your previous taxes find a better place to get them done. Edit after seeing response from supposed owner: first off it is not a lie I went to do my back taxes there in 2020 was told all my previous years would be taken care of and only 2 previous years were filed it also took 11 months or so for that to be completed. My review is from my experience with advanced tax solutions and I have the right to my opinion don't threaten me with lawyers that really shows what kind of business this is.
