Excellent! Who would take seriously a call to repair a 24 year old Sony TV? Dave would. We had tried all the troubleshooting tricks known to YouTube and when the only recourse was to open up the TV, we called Dave. He showed us the guts of our patient and explained why, sadly, the end had come. But no worries, the next day Dave bought, delivered and set up a new TV. Wonderful experience with Advanced TV and with Dave. Highly recommend!
Great experience. Dave was straight forward and honest about the repair (crazy punctual as well:) Almost had it fixed in my house ( though had to take it to the shop for a couple of days). Was way less expensive than I would have thought. Works great now.
I called David on a Saturday and left a message and also sent my information through their website. David got back to me on Sunday and we corresponded though text. I explained my Samsung 2013 65" plasma kept shutting down intermittently and he seemed to know what the issue was immediately. We agreed on a time for him to come by and take a look at it. He was promptly at my house at 9am. I helped him take my TV off the wall and he quickly took off the back, diagnosed it, and repaired it. Within 15 minutes and had it back on the wall working perfectly all for a fraction of the price it would have cost to purchase a new TV. I definitely recommend them! Very professional!
Knowledgeable and Fast Service and Fair Price. I called Advance TV. To repair my 65” Samsung Curved TV. I didn’t know what to expect. I was hesitant to call but after the good reviews I did. It was my first time using and calling Advance TV service. I am very glad I did. Dave came to my home location right away the next day. Took my TV off the wall, took off the back panel and took out the power board. Brought to his shop. Repaired the power board, brought it back after 2 hours installed the power board and the TV was working. I did not expect that. Normally people take weeks or more time than that. I got to enjoy my TV that night. I have referred him to people I know. Thank You Dave for your have great service and fairness.
Hi everyone! I want to say a huge thank you to Dave for his incredibly fast and professional work. My TV was damaged due to a power surge — it’s a very expensive TV, and the replacement part would normally take up to six months to arrive. In my situation, Dave truly made the impossible possible.
