I visited for the first time recently and did the cryotherapy and compression therapy. It was such a great experience here, and I felt my muscles recover faster especially as the rest of my day went on. I must share though that what made the experience a stand out was Darrien (or Darius I’m not the best with names so sorry) but he was so sweet and helpful! He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with kindness and made me feel so relaxed!
I feel so blessed to have found Advanced You. For a month now I have been using their oxygen treatments and always come through the door to Dmitri encouraging me and patiently showing me how to benefit from the different therapies. Dmitri has been an added bonus to the experience with his excellent customer service! I love the therapies which are giving me more energy and clear mind— particularly super human and compression therapy. Thank you AdvamdedYou!!
Purchased a package for ARX strength training, cryotherapy, and red-light therapy. The training on ARX strength was by far the most efficient and effective weight training sessions I ever had and the technology is incredible. The cryotherapy recovery was also one of my favorite sessions ever purchased. Better than a cold plunge pool and was great not only for muscle recovery but mental health and sleep. AdvancedYOU is really doing some cool stuff not seen and definitely recommend checking this place out!
