AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab at SODO was very supportive in my physical therapy journey. Spent a couple months with Kait and Chris to strengthen my shoulder to get back to rock climbing. After my treatment plan ended I felt much stronger in the areas supporting my shoulder and feel confident that I have the tools to continue my climbing journey! A wonderful experience. Therapist Chris was a consummate professional, explaining which muscles were being exercised and why. He gave me my life back. Karen, the receptionist, was very Welcoming and efficient at handling insurance procedures. I recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy.
Erika and Kaitlyn are amazing therapists! Their knowledge of the proper exercises and continued support during the session made all the difference in my recovery. Karen at the front desk was always helpful in rebooking me when my schedule changed (which was often). The caring and professionalism is very evident at this location and can highly recommend this very dedicated team!
This was hands-down one of the best experiences we’ve had in years. Leaving the chiropractor office, I received a phone call to set-up the first appointment for physical therapy which was 1st available 3 days later. That alone was amazing. When we arrived we were greeted by Karen, who always made us feel welcome on every single visit. Erika was the Physicial Therapist who did the intake evaluation and she was the one who did each visit’s therapy. Her patience, upbeat attitude, professionalism, and extensive knowledge made her a joy to work with. Thank you, Erika!!
If you are searching for a caring & professional Rehab center, look no further! From the initial first evaluation physical therapy session with Chris, to the 6 weeks of PT I have received, it has been an excellent healing experience ! Chris has motivated me mentally and physically with my challenges of overcoming my ankle injuries from 2 surgeries. I am on my way to complete recovery with his coaching. His assistant, Ethan is also friendly and caring. Karen, the front desk cheery “Girl Friday “ has helped me with every single aspect of the paperwork, insurance coverage, and scheduling my PT appointments. She greets everyone entering the waiting room with a big hello and makes everyone feel like a VIP. I’m so appreciative of the caring support of this staff in helping make this recovery process easier! ❤️🩹 Thank you!
