The shop owner does bad business. I would never take my bike to this shop ever again. They changed all the fluids like oil,brake,and coolant as well as new tires. Which I agreed to the work and the price was fair. But when I picked up the motorcycle he said I needed new fork seals and he did the work already. The owner told me it will be $300 dollars more for the new fork seals and labor. ( $36.00 new part and $254.00 for the labor) I was upset because the owner or the mechanics never called or text me about the extra work that was done on the bike. I feel that it’s bad communication and they should have got ahold of me and if they can’t then they should have waited. Not to take things into their own hands. They should have got the ok from me. Not to take things in to their own hands. Then after all that the rear brakes were spongy like there was air in the line and needed to be bled. Don’t they check for these things before they call the customer to pick up his bike.So if your looking toget your bike worked on I would suggest taking it to a real shop. these guys are unprofessional and have poor customer service. They straight up suck and are going to get you for more money at the end.
AE Kustomz is the only place I will take my bike. I have had all my services & upgrades done here since Arash sold me his KTM 450 at a fair price. They are very knowledgeable & will research specifics about your bike for optimal performance, very reasonably priced and honest. Occasionally Arash has even thrown in extra items for free when he has them available. Well run business
Relatively new rider who purchased their first bike off of craigslist. So, my engine had blown on the freeway and I really had no idea where to start to get my bike running again. I gave them a call and they handled everything from finding a new engine for a decent price and installing it. They even fixed my taillight, cleaned up some amateur wire work (🙋♀️), and replaced my chain, fluids, etc. They’re super easy to get a hold of and always kept me updated with what was going on and how long it was going to take (had my bike back in no time!) I ended up buying some new fairings and they put those on for me as well. At first I felt silly for showing up with a busted bike and limited knowledge but the people I was able to talk to were so nice, professional, and respectful. So happy with how she turned out and would highly recommend giving this place a call if you need someone with skill and passion to work on your bike!
This place is awesome. Great guys, great prices. I've brought a variety of bikes here, and they always take care of them. No matter the service, they always seem to look the bike over and let me know if fluids or anything might need attention.
