My Botox session was pain free. Minni was very attentive, courteous. They helped me out quickly even though I didn't have an appointment. The med spa was very modern and most importantly clean. Nurse Minnie was the best! I was very satisfied. It exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come here again.
Hidden gem! Ask for Denise and Sara! They made my experience so special. Took their time with me and were very informative on treatments. Post and pre op care was thoroughly discussed. I was very pleased with my visit and can’t wait to return!
My experience at Aesthetics Universe Medspa far exceeded all expectations and I will be recommending to all my friends and family. I am someone who has tried countless skincare products and treatments but gave up due to no results and my acne scars not fading. For the longest time, I had given up and had on hope and thought I would be stuck with my scars. After just one session with Denise, my hope has been restored. For a very fair and decent price, I got the best service I have ever had at a medspa and for a very reasonable price. Denise is very passionate, has great energy, wants to help you and is so knowledgable about the work she does. Additionally, her space is so comforting, soothing and beautiful -- it really felt like a treat. I got a diamond facial, microneedling and the biorepeel and can see a noticeable difference just one day after. The cherry on top is that she did cryotherapy after and used products to soothe and ease inflammation post-treatment, so there is very little downtime. A day and a half after treatment, my face looks normal. If you want results and do not want to spend a fortune, do yourself a favor and go to Aesthetics Universe Medspa. You will not be disappointed! I will be driving down from LA next week for my second microneedling session -- it is worth the commute and money.
Recently got a facial from Denise. She was great and very knowledgeable about skin care. She walked me through every step. She was also so kind to give me a face mask to help with hydration for after care. While I was there, I mentioned to Denise that I suffer from TMJ. I carry my stress in my jaw. She suggested I meet with the nurse practitioner to see about Botox for the pain in my jaw. Rainy was super professional, and very knowledgeable. She was kind enough to listen to all my concerns and work on the areas of pain. It’s been about one week since treatment and the pain has already subsided. I would recommend this spa to friends and family, and I am definitely coming back!
I drive by the aesthetic universe everyday on my way to work and I finally decided to check it out and get a consultation for lip fillers and Botox’s. My first impression when I walked in was wow this place is so nice, clean and big ! There’s a lot of different rooms with really nice furniture the chairs you sit on while getting treatment done are so comfy and the staff is very professional. I ended up getting my treatment same day as my consultant and I left 100% happy with my results the nurse who did my injections was Rainie she very patient with me pausing to let my look in the mirror to make sure I’m happy with how its turning out asking where I felt I needed more product which I loved that she did that because my previous experience at a different establishment they didn’t even let me look in the mirror or ask me inbetween how I’m liking the results. I am definitely going back to get other treatments done especially with the specials they have going on right now !
