Mariah and the PA, Brad, who treated my son were fantastic. Mariah gave him snacks and stickers while we waited a few minutes to get seen. They were both very understanding and compassionate when it comes to kid patients. Brad communicated all treatment options clearly and we were on our way. Highly recommend this office.
I was able to be seen very quickly! Edith was so nice and checked me in very quickly. I barely had to wait for an appt. The staff was very kind and Ty explained each step of my appointment and what my potential symptoms could mean.
This was easily the quickest, most efficient Urgent Care I have ever been to. Their pre-appointment online forms collected everything they needed for the appointment and I didn’t have to refill out all of the same info upon arrival. Lalli at the front desk was so friendly and got me checked in right away. I was in and out of my appointment within 15 minutes while still feeling like I received thoughtful and thorough care. 10/10 recommend.
This was amazing. I came in for a super embarrassing issue and Ty and Leah took their time explaining every second of the appt to me, walking me through what my options were, and making sure i felt comfortable and safe the entire time. Leah was so gentle and kind, she explained everything clearly and made sure that i felt in control of what was happening the entire time. Ty held my hand, and made sure that i was okay during my exam. It was soothing, comfortable, respectful, and i will be back if i ever have any problems. These peoppe love what they do, and care about you as a person, not just a patient. Thank you guys so much for easing my anxiety and making me smile and laugh by the time i was done 🧡
Ty was super nice and quick to get me tested for what antibiotics I needed after coming in sick, and Edith at the front desk was very accommodating and both got me in and out as fast as possible. Came in without an appointment too and was no issue. Highly recommend AFC and this location!
