The level of service is amazing. The front staff is so kind and understanding. They were having a busy day and suggested for me to go their sister location (which I was okay with). But when the front desk found out the amount of pain I was in, they quickly put me in their system and a physician saw me in less than 20 min. He recommended that I go to the ER and lucky I did since my appendix could have ruptured. So grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone.
Warm and conscientious staff (from front desk all the way to doctor). I attended the AFC Urgent Care on a Friday morning and I was seen to very quickly. My doctor immediately helped me with a bunch of referrals to help me. I have also attended with my wife, and we had to wait about 45 minutes, but that is what you have to expect if you go on the weekend. With both visits the service we received was very supportive, engaging, and full of care.
Was able to make an appointment so no waiting upon arrival. Completed paperwork and was brought right back and was given an initial assessment by the medical assistant. The PA arrive shortly after, listened well, explained his diagnosis, and treated me with respect and courtesy. Would recommend
I had a great experience at AFC. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The front desk greeted me very kindly and got me checked in right away, and I was called shortly after by a wonderful nurse. She accommodated my comfort levels with the tests she was running and brought some water in for me. The doctor came in shortly after and was very attentive to my symptoms and questions! I appreciate all the staff at AFC has done for me!
Came in due to an illness, but after no updates for 5 days I had to call them to learn tha the test sample they took had opened and was unable to be used so no tests were run to determine if antibiotics were needed. Then had to wait behind a waitlist of 4 people to be re-seen because after not getting treatment for 5 days my sinus infection now had additional symptoms so it didn’t count as the same thing Edit: Not only did they not run the lab, but they still billed me for it and nobody answers their billing phone number. I left a voicemail multiple times but have not been able to get this resolved -- so they are billing me and my insurance for a service they didn't provide. This is surprising, considering when I returned they told me they have "issues with the lab all the time" -- so are they billing people for services not received every time!?
