Flawless service from first call through to delivery of compliance certificate! So impressive. Coordinated everything. We had a really complex air conditioner relocation job that involved working in really tight spaces. The team at Affordable Air, led by Ashley, just got on and got it done. Great turnaround time too. We required our airconditioning unit to be relocated to accommodate some building works. They needed to come twice once to remove the unit and then after the building works were completed to reinstall. They were able to fit us in both times at relatively short notice. The team that came out were on time, efficient and fantastic workmanship. Would defintely recommend Affordable Airconditioning.
Affordable airconditioning managed to fit us in at a very busy time just before Christmas and repaired our aircon. They were friendly and efficient, arrived when they said they would and the cost was very reasonable. No hesitation in recommending them.
Affordable Air Conditioning went above and beyond with their incredible job installing our new air conditioner and exceptional customer service. What really stood out, though, was their genuine kindness. While they were here, our friend's car was hit and run on our street. Their technicians didn’t hesitate to help, they caught the number plate, passed it on, and made sure she had what she needed to follow up with the police. Because of them, she was able to resolve the situation. We were blown away by their work and their kindness. Highly recommend Affordable Air Conditioning and their amazing team.
One of the things I appreciate most about the way Heath and the team at Affordable Aircon conduct themselves is that no one job is considered too small (which in my experience is smart business). Initially, we had minor fault with a preexisting system installed by someone else many years ago and they were more than happy to come out to repair it on time and on budget. We've continued to use them for ongoing regular servicing and more recently we had a system fail at our investment property, so didn't hestitate to go straight to Heath to advise us on a suitable replacement which was delivered on time and on budget, despite some challenges to do with the property itself. Highlly recommended!
