The company has a great concept. However, We were unable to get good leads which resulted in a negative return of investment. Other more cost effective strategies worked better for my firm.

Erin Miles did an exceptionally great job in helping me find an accountant for our new business. I appreciated how she followed up with me throughout the process from when to expect the list of prospects to whether or not I was interested in the list provided. She kept in contact, which made me feel that she was more of a partner supporting my business! She is most definitely an asset and if I ever have any other needs, I will be sure to reach out to her directly!

I recommend Ageras! A free matching service with no up selling. Within 24 hours I was matched with 4 accounting firms to assist me with my business needs. Not only was there a match, there were follow-ups and not pushy follow ups. No rush to decide but encouragement and support to make a decision. That was so appreciated. I contracted with this company for referrals to build my accounting business up. 9 times out of 10, the referrals didn't pick up the phone calls, call back, respond to e-mails, etc. Which, of course is, no fault of the company, however - I was upset with them for a number of other reasons. What I found the most disappointing was the company insists you sign on for 1-2 years minimum, regardless of whether you are happy with the service or not. They allow you to have your existing clients write you reviews so prospects can see them. I got 5 stars from all of my clients - yet the Ageras website would show I had only 4. I contacted them about it - they told me that was because there weren't enough reviews. After more reviews were posted - the problem persisted. They said there was nothing they could do, that's just the way it is. Next thing - I signed on for an annual contract. However, I was bombarded with all of the referrals within a few days. Over the last few months maybe I got 1 or 2 in any given month. It's tax season - now is prime time for new clients - and yet I hear nothing from Ageras. You are supposed to get the referral back if you can't contact the interested customer - but when I requested that, I also received push back. I explained I was unhappy with the service - agreed to pay for the 4 months I've already worked with them (despite getting absolutely no leads from it) and they refused. I've gotten more leads for free from Quickbooks than I have from this service which costs me several hundred dollars a month. For fellow accountants, I would absolutely not recommend this service.

Good experience with Ageras so far. Erin quickly found me three potential candidates to work with and I feel comfortable with my selection. There are two minor hiccups. The process to book an appointment worked fine except that it is not clear at all as to who calls whom for the scheduled call (I was not given the accountant's phone number). Second, for whatever reason, the accountant who I tracked down and called was not aware of any scheduled phone appointment.
