I had a wonderful experience with AirBros from the initial scheduling of my service to the repairs themselves. Daniel was prompt, friendly, and helpful over the phone. She squared away what we needed done in no time! I had high hopes for the service as well, and Nathan absolutely exceeded them. He was incredibly helpful throughout the diagnostic process, taking the time to explain the issue and outline different options. He went above and beyond when making the repair, paying careful attention to every detail. He even cleaned the surrounding area just to be helpful. Nathan was professional and his expertise showed. I also value how transparent they are about pricing—they break everything down clearly, give us time to discuss it as a couple, and never make us feel rushed. Choosing their membership plan has been one of the best decisions we’ve made, especially living in Florida. Highly recommend!
Micheal the technician provided a diagnosis for our mini split that wasn’t working and quote for cleaning the three systems we have. He showed up on time and very professional. Michael spent an adequate amount of time helping us understand why the one unit would not operate. Gave us the information with knowledge and confidence. We scheduled a time and date for the service. The communication has been prompt and clear. Michael was able to diagnose and do the service him self. We felt extremely confident with his ability and integrity. Thank you very much! It feels good to have a professional and trust worthy company we can rely on when we need their services.
Air Bros is the best! Scheduling is very easy, the techs are very knowledgeable, honest and detailed. Nate has provided maintenance on several units and always does a great job. Also a great company if you have rental units as they are excellent communicating with tenants too. Can’t recommend this company enough!
Our former AC company closed without notice. Our HVAC unit wasn't working right during a cold snap. We contacted Air Bros and they sent Justin out the same day. He diagnosed the problem and suggested signing up for a membership, saving a lot. Nate came the next day. He was quick, efficient and explained everything. He even stayed to due a tune up, since ours was due. The unit is running great, and we're not relying on space heaters tonight! I highly recommend Air Bros.
