This is the 2nd time we have had ACI install air-conditioning at our home (we already had the ducted and now a nee split system for our granny flat). ACI are so great to deal with. From friendly customer service over the phone through to polite and efficient service from the installers. Troy and Athen were great to deal with on the day and had everything up and running in lightning speed. Athen even got back up in our roof to re set our wifi connection on the sister unit and was super helpful in helping me re connect everything to my app. Highly recommend the ACI team.

We recently had our ducted air conditioning updated with replacement of the external unit and upgrades to zoning and distribution systems to integrate a wi-fi control component. Air Conditioning Industries were prompt in providing a quote and organising for the work to be completed. The installation team were punctual, pleasant and productive; paying attention to detail and providing a quality product. Communication with the office was hassle free and we are pleased with our choice and would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
We recently had an old ducted system replaced by ACI. The process was very smooth. Troy got a clear understanding of what we wanted before he promptly issued a quote. The installation team were punctual, courteous and efficient. We found over the first night that the system didn't work quite how we thought it should, so in the morning I emailed ACI and they sent someone out that day. After Harry made a few configuration changes through the AirTouch console it is now spot on. Ensuring the system met my initial need is what I expected when I chose ACI, and they delivered. I highly recommend them.
After being referred to Air Conditioning Industries by a neighbour’s good experience, I recently had them install a split system air conditioner at my home unit.
