We appreciate Air Tech for sending Pierce Richard, an expert Master Plumber. had three or four projects and went with Air Tech due to their reputation with a few neighbors and following two other companies’ assesment of the work and final cost. Air Tech was the most honest and most detailed estimate of the three companies and we liked their reputation/policy of meeting their quotes. No games played on estimates and all possibilities/outcomes were discussed then fine tuned within 15 to 30 minutes by plumber sent to do the work. Air Tech sent a Master Plumber, Pierce Richard. I think we got lucky. We first prioritize the projects then Pierce would explain each project by going through what he was gonna do and give us options if there were any. A few of these options could have saved us money, but he explained unknown/possible hurdles we may encounter and he was correct each time. We went with all of his recommendations on the first project; the installation of a shut-off lever to replace our rusted circular spigot is perfect. We are now better prepared for leaks and freezes. The other projects were the same. His experience was evident as he fixed a few unexpected issues by quickly coming up options and ways to make it work. Pierce went out of his way again and again, cleaning out or replacing pipes and hoses when necessary. This was all done without tagging on additional charges. He finished the job at 7 pm for the price he quoted us at 10 am. We are impressed by Air Tech Leaderships’ human being communication (One company was most all AI and made it very difficult) with us to understand the issues and sending Pierce Richard, an expert Master Plumber. .
Our plumber, Pierce R., was absolutely amazing. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions before giving me a quote, and worked quickly while still being thorough. He documented everything he did and even sent it to us via email, which we really appreciated. He also made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and even after payment he continued to answer any remaining questions without rushing us. Truly exceptional service!
Our tankless water heater was replaced yesterday (next day service!) by Pierce R. What a friendly and professional guy. Pierce was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explained, step-by-step, about the rather complex installation. He constructed a very solid, raised platform and added important amendments for draining and exhaust. I have lived a long time and appreciate someone who treats me like I’m capable of understanding technical issues (I am). I appreciate Pierce’s methodical, careful work and he will most certainly be our plumber on call from now on!

His detailed follow-up showed a level of customer service that went above and beyond. Daniel Prado did a great job. Was very knowledgeable and patient while working on my home. Was very friendly and personable. If I ever have an electrical problem again, I would trust Daniel to handle any issue. They should give this guy a raise. I will be using Air Tech of Houston for any future projects.
