My technician, Ezra, was courteous, thorough, and made sure I understood my system's age and how to keep it running as long as possible. He took time to explain some additional maintenance needs & provided a detailed quote with options.
I really can’t say enough good things about Nick and the crew at Aire Serv! I just happen to find them on Google because I was desperate to rectify an unbelievably complicated and extremely outdated HVAC issue at my farmhouse and they handled it extremely well. They were extremely professional and nice and Nick is a great supervisor who seem to truly care about people. He’s extremely detail oriented and explains everything very well! I highly recommend this company!!!

Very easy to communicate with the company. The technician that assisted us, Nick Summers, was efficient in solving an issue regarding a leak coming from our ceiling unit. He provided very informative feedback as to what was causing it and how he was going to fix it. Very kind, personable, and knowledgeable.
After years of experiencing difficult HVAC balance areas in our house, the professionals at Aire Serv of Dallas were able to identify and correct the problems with creative ductwork solutions. Now our house is comfortable, no matter what room you're in! Unlike other companies that we had consult Aire Serv employees did not try to upset me things I didn't need! So refreshing!
