Annie is a dream celebrant! When we first met Annie we had no idea what we wanted to do with our ceremony. She shared several ideas and really took the time to understand our story. Annie delivered a 100% personal ceremony, with 0% cringe and had us both laughing and crying throughout the ceremony. A number of our guests said it was the best ceremony they’ve attended.
My husband Mitch and I couldn't recommend Annie enough! From our first meetings with her 6 months prior to our wedding she was warm, welcoming, vibrant and we knew she would be the perfect celebrant for us on the day. As two grooms we knew we wanted a female celebrant and purely aesthetically Annie did a fantastic job complementing our black and white tuxedos on the day with her starry jumpsuit and beautiful smile. She accompanied this with her incredible speech which was warm, heartfelt, had ourselves, our friends + family both crying and laughing, sometimes all at once. Her theme's within her speech and her presentation really did honour the significance of the occasion. They summarised our 13 year relationship perfectly and her words maintained the gravitas and dignity that we had hoped for in a celebrant. At the same time she peppered the speech with funny moments and unique traits from our relationship that had everyone laughing on point. Her execution was that of a pro and the softness and femininity with which she delivered it ensured there was barely a dry eye in the house. We couldn't have asked for a better celebrant and we will forever be thankful to Annie for helping make our wedding day so memorable and one we will never forget. Much Love, Kieran + Mitch
My partner and I had the pleasure of working alongside Annie earlier this year to bring our secret elopement to life! Annie was amazing every step of the way, and was able to guide us through new territory with respect and openness. We were the first of Annie’s couples to identify as non binary in our marriage paperwork, and we felt really comfortable throughout the whole process. Annie was able to answer all our questions and bring her infectious energy to our big day. It could not have happened without her! If I could give Annie more than 5 stars I would. If you're getting married look no further for your celebrant. Annie was so professional and wonderful throughout the whole process from start to finsih. She worked with us so closely and guided us through the whole process. Our ceremony was so unique and summed us up perfectly, it had everyone both laughing and crying. 1000/10 reccomend Annie for anyone looking for the perfect celebrant.
In making the decision to elope we knew we wanted to have Annie as our celebrant. She was prompt in her communication and we were able to organise our elopement in less than three weeks, as she liaised with previous celebrant and recommended an elopement photographer. Annie’s values reflect our own, particularly her respect for Aboriginal Peoples and Torres Strait Islander Peoples as Australia’s first people, which made her a perfect fit for our ceremony. Although we opted for the legal only, Annie provided us with beautiful ceremony that was meaningfully connected to our location on Wiradjuri Country at Koorawatha Falls. We are thankful that Annie was able to be part of our day and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending her to other couples.
