I took my 2008 Lexus GS350 in to have the touch screen replaced. I tried calling lots of other places, but they didn't do that work. They told me they could do it, but it took a long time - I got the car there about 10 am and I waited till about 3 pm and then it was finished. Patrick wasn't sure the part I brought would fit, because the connection looked a little different, but it fit fine and he got it done. It was a significant labor cost but was worth it. The people were friendly and my time of waiting was filled with good reading and pleasant conversation with people there. They do all kinds of auto work and they work very hard to maintain their good reputation. I was very glad I went there and I recommend it. I trust them.
Been coming here for a couple years now for a few different things and these guys are great! Great customer service every time, even if they are busy they make sure to attend you right away and communicate with you. I highly recommend these guys!

They took the time to explain the process and always reassured me that if you follow all protocols, you’ll be back on the road again without this device. Richard and his team hooked me up with the best sound system I've ever had. The next day I noticed my air conditoner adjuster was falling back into the same well where the new sound deck was installed, and took it back to them. Apparently, the parts on it were already broken, unrelated to installation, but they re-seated it and secured it for me free of charge! I definitely recommend this place for any auto sound system or security needs.
Best place to take you fleet vehicles! Patrick and Richard are very polite and they get the job done right and fast. Really would recommend and bring my other vehicles here as well
