Ron did a great job. He was honest and was able to fix my existing door handle rather than upselling me a new one. He was quick, friendly, and I’d recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
Thank god for Alamo! I'd previously called another locksmith out to repair our Hoppe front door lock but the guy managed lock our door shut so that I couldn't unlock it, charged me $65 and then said he couldn't repair this lock. I was ready cut the lock so I could at least open our front door but decided to try another locksmith. I called Alamo at random and the guy said they could fix it. I was thinking they're just saying that thinking they can fix anything (one other guy I called seemed to have this attitude). But Ben showed up and had our front door quickly and quietly opened in seconds. Ben got the door working with the defective gearbox I'd ordered and said he could order the correct part and do the repair. We had to go on our already scheduled vacation but when we got back I got Ben to order the part and he came out and installed it and it's now working better than it ever did - smooth operation just the way it's supposed to. Ben also rekeyed a Hoppe lock on another door which the original installer had come out to rekey after our home construction was completed and he said he was unable to rekey it and we would have to just keep using the old key. But Ben rekeyed it in a few minutes.
We had to call emergency locksmith’s and we used Alamo. I accidentally locked myself out of my store. The Alamo guys were quick, professional, and unlocked my store in 15 minutes. I will definitely use them again and can highly recommend them to anyone else
As a painter I needed this door handle removed to refinish and was about to spend a bunch of money to have someone do it for me but Ron walked me through the process over the phone and saved me a ton of money. Highly educated with a great attitude! I recommend him for any locksmith needs, especially high end properties.
Called to get a quote for the installation of a wide angle peephole door viewer. The receptionist took down my contact information and told me that a tech would contact me back within the hour. Within that hour as promised, I received a phone call from Ron, who quoted me a very reasonable price compared to a quote that I received from another company. He showed up on time and because he had the right tools, he was very quick and the job was completed within 15 to 20 minutes tops!
