If you need to buy a house in the Richmond area, Alex is your guy! We would not have successfully negotiated the final contract or gotten to closing without Alex. He made it happen. Alex is professional, polite, caring. Alex is the best agent I have worked with for the home buying process. Again, if you want to buy a house, contact Alex. If/when I sell my house, I will use Alex.
James D’Arcy did a phenomenal job selling our home. He was an absolute professional in all areas and provided an extremely high level of service and support in all phases of the sale. We hired James are our realtor when we bought our home in Richmond. He was a great realtor to work with - super personable, professional, and patient. He helped us greatly every step of the way. He helped us get to know the different neighborhoods of Richmond to find a place that worked well for us. He helped us figure out what we are looking for in a house. He met us to tour any houses we wanted to see. He helped us worth with the inspectors, selling agents, and lawyers and even helped up handle some difficult decision making steps during the negotiation phase. The whole process was very smooth. I would hire James again in a heartbeat.
We loved working with James! He is so nice and knows the Richmond area and housing market extremely well. When we were still deciding if we wanted to move to Richmond, he set up a call to understand our timeline and interests. When we decided to tour houses, he was flexible and able to accommodate us last minute. He even gave us a virtual tour for our dream house when we couldn’t tour it ourselves!
