We worked with Alice & her team for our wedding in Cassis and are so grateful for their help bringing the weekend to life. The end result was absolutely beautiful, the visual experience was stunning, and the vendor team they assembled was truly top-notch. They have a great eye for quality, and strong relationships across the industry, which made a big difference when it came to finding and negotiating with the right partners. Planning a destination wedding comes with a million moving parts, and we really appreciated their ability to manage logistics on the ground, making sure everything came together seamlessly on the wedding weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a more picturesque celebration and are so thankful for all of their efforts in creating such a memorable experience for us and our guests.
Alice, Shauna, and Yana were the dream team that brought our wedding vision to life. They worked with me for over a year — from the very first brainstorming session on design concepts to our in-person table tests in London — and every step of the process was such a fun and inspiring experience! Throughout our many design sessions, it was clear that this team truly gets it. They don’t treat what they do as just a job — their passion for creating beautiful, meaningful events shines through in everything they do. It’s always such a joy speaking with them; they’re genuinely the sweetest people. A special shout-out to Yana, who went above and beyond in designing and sourcing the custom elements for our wedding. The personalized cushions she created are now part of our home, and we absolutely love them! Thank you, dream team — it was truly a one-of-a-kind experience, and we’re so grateful for everything you did to make our day unforgettable
Alice, Shauna, Yana and the whole team are absolutely incredible - they are so kind, talented and easy to work with. Just so incredible at what they do. I can't imagine how I would have planned our day without their guidance. Nothing was ever an issue and everything was a collaborative process. And when it came to the day itself, my husband and I (and all of our guests!) were blown away. The whole day went seamlessly and Alice and the team were just perfect. I will forever be grateful to the whole team for how they pulled off our wedding in Capri - it was beautiful, effortless and just perfect!
Alice Wilkes is the best decision you will ever make for planning your wedding day. When I first met Alice, I gave her what I thought was an impossible brief: I want to create something that no-one has ever seen before which summarises our personalities and conveys an ethereal love through innovative design and fashion. Juxtapose the old with the new, make it historic with deep roots but also playful and modern, don't be predictable and create an entire experience that will completely wow guests who have already attended the most fabulous events. Alice understood my brief immediately and was extremely quick to propose a list of suppliers who could execute my vision together with her creative design. I am the fussiest person when it comes to detail and I was so shocked to have met my match! She was able to create trendsetting beauty during every element, whilst having a sincere and focused care to my budget and overall feelings. It is so unusual to find someone who operates at such a high level across so many different fields so effortlessly, providing the dream wedding planner experience. She is truly a remarkable business woman and friend who will continue to blow up and stand out in the industry. I must also mention that Sophie Preston is literally the most incredible production manger ever - I had chose the most complicated venue with many different performance acts AND fireworks on the Thames and Sophie pulled it all off. She is insane. The Wedding day itself flowed like a dream and every detail was taken care of before I could ever think about it. All guests were completed floored by the entire experience and commented that it was the best wedding they would ever attend ever. Alice Wilkes Design is truly the A team.
I can’t thank Alice and her incredible team enough for the unforgettable experience they gave us. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Alice truly cared about understanding my vision and bringing it to life in a way that felt both personal and elevated. Her attention to detail is absolutely uncanny not a single thing was missed and every aspect of our wedding day felt perfect. What really stood out to me was how dedicated she was to creating something unique, tailored to our style and priorities rather than following any sort of formula. She was patient, collaborative, and so intuitive throughout the entire planning process. I always felt heard and supported. Alice and her team were also amazing on the day itself. They had such a calm, relaxed approach, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I fully trusted them they made the day fun and it was genuinely lovely to have them there with us. So many of our guests commented on how seamless everything felt and how beautiful the entire day was. Alice and her team truly poured their hearts into making our wedding unforgettable, and we’re so grateful. If you’re looking for a planner with amazing taste, unmatched attention to detail, and someone who will fully invest in your vision and go above and beyond to bring it to life, Alice and her team are it. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more.
