By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Long story short, I accidentally shrunk my wife’s dress she purchased at this store. I figured out she bought the dress from here, I contacted the store to see if they had another of the same dress, unfortunately they did not. However, Alahna took the time out of her day to call every other sister store to see if they had the dress. Unfortunately, no store had the dress. Few weeks pass, and Alahna contacts me out of the blue and informs me they received the dress and she put it aside for me to purchase to surprise my wife. Like I said, best customer service I have ever experienced, the people here go above and beyond and I’m thankful they helped me out.
Anna is the manager at this boutique and she is a huge asset! Her customer service skills are exemplary. She went above and beyond to help me find a purse my daughter had seen in the store and which I wanted to purchase as a gift for her. Anna located the purse, which had since been sold, at another store and had it delivered to this location for me. She wrapped the gift beautifully and was incredibly kind and pleasant throughout my experience. I am now a loyal customer.
I took my daughter into the shop to find an outfit for senior photos and some basic pieces . Anna helped us for over two hours . It was the most amazing shopping experience in terms of customer service that we have ever had in AZ. We will be back in the spring to expand her wardrobe .
Such an awesome shop! I was looking for a headband last minute on my way to dinner and they had the perfect one!! It looked like they had tons of unique options, it reminded me of boutique shops in La Jolla, I'll be back for sure, thank you!!
BEST BOUTIQUE IN AZ!! When I first moved here from Southern California I thought I was going to have to do all of my shopping online.. until I found Alixandra Blue!! - The customer service is AMAZING, they always make me feel right at home when I am in store! - New arrivals hit the store almost every day and they sell out so fast!! So make sure you hit the stores a few times a week to catch the best new arrivals. - They sell the BEST brands Levi's, Rolla's, Chez Gagne, Free People, Ellie Vail & all of these unique trendy brands! The jewelry assortment is so broad! Thank you for being that perfectly cute local boutique I love in my life! You guys are the best!!
