Honestly, these guys are awesome. It’s hard to beat the environment and the culture. Today my kids came, and I purchased my own ticket to jump with them. I should’ve been doing this the whole time. I thought I couldn’t afford it but the experience we had is worth every dollar. Love being a dad and thank you for being good to us.
I just recently took a visit here, my two children were very excited the place looked very fun. But that fun was crushed quite quickly when we went to check in and were greeted by the most rudest employees. It seemed like they hated their lives and did not want to be there, one lady in particular (short, pinned up dark hair, round body type) who we learned was the manager was so disrespectful and made me feel dumb when I asked about the prices and about general information. The attitudes alone made me leave and not want to come back. Please get some new staff or help change your employees mindsets and attitudes. Don’t recommend.
Amazing experience. Brought my grandkids a couple weekends ago and loved it. Very affordable, will be back. I would like to mention one of the girls behind counter, savanna, looked like manager. VERY kind and helpful in assisting me and everyone else. (Also looked like the only one actually working/cleaning. most on their phones) I had a great time. Kids had fun. And food was good.
This place is so kind lots of nice games and jump area. I had 4 kids with me the day I came in 3 with Autism it was busy and they all got overstimulated and didn’t want to jump after about 30 min I initially purchased the 2hr slot for all 4 and with them not wanting to jump anymore I spoke with the manager and was compensated for 1 hour on our next trip. I also was informed of sensory days they have as well and definitely plan on returning. Thank you all so much for being so kind it was much appreciated.
This place was great. My grand daughter wanted to have her birthday party here. I normally don't care for places like this but this place was cool. These children had a blast. There were games to play an jumping areas an a desperate area for party's. It was very well organized. It didn't have all that loud dang music. You could hear the conversation you were having with someone. We booked a party an the staff took care of everything. The only outside thing you bring is your cake. It was just so easy an not annoying like some places. I'm not sure about prices. I do know all the kids got a super cool pair of socks an that's what they wore the whole time. They even had massage chairs for adults. WHAT? Yep they did. You had to pay for it but who cares. OMG the pizza was delicious. They had other food people could buy too. Did ya see the Skittles machine? That was fun. Yes I bought some an they were fresh an really good. This is a very good place for a party or just some fun.
