He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the solution. His work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and it was clear he takes pride in doing the job right. What stood out most was James’s reliability and customer service. He arrived on time, was respectful of my home, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It’s not often you come across someone who combines technical skill with such a positive attitude. I just had a great experience with All Hours Plumber! I had a minor emergency leak and was having trouble finding someone that could come out same-day, including my go-to plumber. All Hours was THE spot that could make it, and I was very grateful. On top of that the service was impeccable. You should feel very secure if they are sending James Rogers to help. James is clearly a knowledgeable and skilled plumber and technician, and he was very polite and sincere. James fixed everything with expert-level skill and provided thoughtful explanations for me the entire time. He definitely went more than the extra mile, and I couldn’t be happier with his help. I’m definitely considering a plumber switch after this VERY positive experience
James and Vinnie arrived on time and had our tub and relevant plumbing replaced in less that 3h. They left the space very clean, and were able to give much appreciated advise on next steps in our bathroom remodel project. Can confidently recommend them to anyone working on a similar project
