They repaired several pieces of my old jewelry and worked with me to make a custom bracelet that I am absolutely IN LOVE with! Outstanding craftsmanship, quality items, friendly, honest service and fair prices. Very highly recommended!
I had the best experience with the folks here! They did an absolutely beautiful job remaking my mom’s original wedding band and setting it with a larger stone. The ring turned out stunning—better than I even imagined—and they treated the piece with so much care and respect knowing how sentimental it was. The price was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of craftsmanship. I’m so grateful for their work and highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs, custom designs, or meaningful upgrades. Truly outstanding service! These photos don’t do it justice.
I am so impressed with Allen’s Jewelers I need to express my gratitude. Mary Ann took the knot out of the chain of a necklace for me. She then gave me a jewelry box and arranged the necklace so it won’t get knotted when I send it in the mail. To my surprise she didn’t charge me for the repair or for the box. I am so thankful to her. While I was waiting I looked at such beautiful pieces of jewelry. The next time I buy fine jewelry Allen’s will be the only place I consider. Mary Ann and Macy were amazing, they helped us so much to get the perfect rings for our wedding! We had to special order the size and we were worried that it wouldn’t make it in time (less than 2 weeks), Allen’s Jewelers came through and made sure that the rings were there for the special day. I can’t thank them enough! I was also able to get gifts for my wedding party there it was a great one-stop shop!
Dennis and the staff at Allen’s Jewelers made all of our dreams come true with a beautiful, customized sapphire engagement ring. I showed Dennis two photos of a ring that I thought my girlfriend would like and he crafted every intricate detail to create an even better ring. All along the way, his communication was wonderful. He provided renderings while he worked and did not hesitate to order a second stone when I didn’t love the first. I’ve also bought earrings and replaced a watch battery at Allen’s. They are the BEST!
