This company will sell you on amazing promises but deliver on 50% of those promises. This company wants to make money, they don’t care about the quality of their service. The quality of the workmanship is poor. The paint on our walls and ceiling is so thin you can see the drywall in many places. We have overspray on EVERYTHING, and when I say EVERYTHING I mean everything. They didn’t take the time to protect much of anything, and the few times they did it was completely ineffective which makes you realize they either don’t care or don’t know what they are doing. The teams did not show up when they were supposed to and then showed up on days when they were not scheduled to show up. This company subcontracts their work out and these subcontractors then sub it out to others so you have no idea who is showing up in your house and neither does Allpro. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you want a good quality paint job, contract with someone who actually does the painting themselves.
I contacted Allpro because of their reviews and Paul from Allpro came to my home to give me an estimate. He told me his painters could paint my home the following week and they did. His painters were very professional and did a very good job. I am very pleased with the quality of work they did. I highly recommend this company.
They were on time. Did a great job and respected the property. We’re very nice. I’m very professional. They are easy to work with They painted our awning, which needed to be scraped before it could be painted. Then painted our Entry gates. The service was quick and efficient. Very happy with the job. Yes, I would definitely recommend them.
AllPro Painters is a very professional company! My husband and I wanted to change the color of our kitchen cabinets from a dark chocolate color to white. We contacted the company online and the next thing we knew there was Xavier at our door to come in and complete the estimate. Xavier is very friendly, professional and knowledgable. I could tell right away we were in good hands. Xavier listened to what we wanted done and answered all the questions we asked as well as educated us about the entire process. We were provided a very detailed comprehensive estimate via email and hard copy. Once we accepted, the agreed upon contract was provided via emailed AND they even sent the contract via certified mail!!! I have never see that before and found this to be very impressive. The first day of painting Xavier came early in the morning to check in. The painters were on time each day and they were both very nice and answered all our questions. Miguel and Gilberto (our painters) did a FANTASTIC JOB! They kept the workplace clean and after the work was all done they cleaned up the area. These two had all my cabinets done in 3 days. They explained everything we needed to know about taking care of the cabinets and curing time for the paint. By the way, a very nice gentleman came over from AllPro the second day to check in on the job. He is Paul Good the Operations Manager. He cave me his card with contact information and encouraged me to call with any questions or concerns. All the staff at AllPro Painters that we came in contact with reminded me many times that if I see any touch-ups needed or anything to call them. Honestly I just can't say enough praises for these guys and this company. Any paint job we have from here on out we will be calling AllPro Painters!
AllPro Painters were highly professional, had great communication, and did a gorgeous paint job. They did a free quote (not too pricey) and color consultation with me and my husband. Before they started work, we had to make a 25% deposit which makes total sense. One of the trim colors did not come out like we thought it would, but they had no problem getting a darker shade from the store and doing it again. Of course, we had to pay for the extra work. It only took them 3 days (including repainting the window pop outs) to pressure wash, prepare, and paint our small ranch-style house!!! Also, the painters told me if we notice places that need touching up, to not hesitate to call! I would recommend them to anyone and use their services again in the future!
