Great service and communication from this shop. He fixed my ten year old SVS subwoofer at a reasonable price and it works just like brand new again.
Sent my Marantz CD player to Jamie at Alltech 18 months after he repaired a similar fault. Despite being outside Alltech's warranty, Jamie repaired my unit at no charge without my even asking. He did explain that the part used on the previous repair had proven of low standard and had since sourced higher quality parts. This is honest and high integrity service, thank you.
They serviced my House of Marley Onefoundation speaker by sourcing and replacing a part from an overseas supplier. Unfortunately, the part did not work correctly. They explained the situation with 100% honesty and provided a full refund. True professionals and highly recommended!
These guys are not only extremely competent with their job,but also very honest! I took my B&W Matrix2 speakers in for repairs, and they could have, and I would have paid them gladly. But the technician's guy contacted me and explained exactly what he did, and told me my speakers were just fine, and read out and explained all the measurements..! I picked up my speakers about 2 weeks later, and although the guy at the front customer service was a little difficult to communicate with, I was just happy and excited to pick my speakers up, and didn't cost me a dime..! Very happy! Good work to technicians.
Hard to find quality, honest service for older classic audio equipment but Jamie ticks all the boxes. He serviced my gorgeous Rotel RX802 and Realistic STA90 receivers without any issues ready for another 20 years of use! .. well done, thank you and I'll see you soon with a few more from the collection ...
