I can't really review this salon as a whole except to say the location is good. There's no reception, you just simply go to the room of the person you have an appointment with. I'm really writing this review to give a shout-out to Cathy who has been cutting my hair for years now. She is excellent and is fantastic at what she does. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone talented with great experience in cutting, coloring, and styling hair.
I had the owner, David, cut, color, etc my hair for a couple of years. I showed up one Saturday for my appointment and he was gone. I called him and he picked up said he didn’t feel good and hung up. It’s not easy to get an appointment so I sent a text asking when we could reschedule, I got no reply. I called and texted over the next few days, still no reply. He decided he didn’t need my business. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I heard someone ask why he does this to clients and his response was similar to I have enough clients, I don’t need these people. He’s getting to be Big Headed, he’s good but he definitely needs to treat ALL clients with respect.
