This is a tough workout! Mostly strength-based but done in a circuit format that also tests your cardio. We are still sore two days later so that's always a good sign. Friendly staff and nice space and facilities.
I love ALTR. It really has changed my life since I started coming a few months ago. The instructors are very friendly and I like the music choices! I go almost every weekday at 6:30am. It’s close to my work and I can shower quickly and change and be at work by 8. Thanks for encouraging and inspiring me to be fit!
I love going to ALTR! Every coach I've had has been incredibly friendly and encouraging. They provide helpful corrections and often bring humor to the classes. I've been attending for about two months now, and I've noticed an improvement in my fitness.
Solid gym with an EXCELLENT staff. A tad smaller than usual Anytime Fitness gyms but that doesn't change much. In fact it feels less crowded than other gyms. Overall great vibes from the gym and the people who workout here!
Yay! Thanks for bringing people together. I learn so much from a group. I did moves longer and more consistently than i do at home. I felt strong and capable here, and i impressed myself with my abilities! I loved the music. I also love the intervals, we repeat moves enough that i can close my eyes and get into the rhythm. I want to go back right away, but i do need to nurture my muscles stretching, doing some yin yoga, restorative in between.
