My God, where do I start lol. 1. She’s personable and professional. 2. She started sending properties to me while still in Illinois. 3. Upon arrival AZ she picked us up from our hotel and drove around from city to city until we found just what we wanted. 4. And year after year she sends holiday gifts and has summer outings for the kids with pizza, face painting and rock climbing. 5. She even delivers huge Thanksgiving pie each year. 6. I recommend her to all my out of state friends and family and the service is the same. 7. Did I mention I purchased in 2015 and the relationship is still going strong year after year. 8. And as a disabled veteran I really appreciate the care and professionalism that she used to make my transition seem less from Illinois to AZ.
Cheryl Riley is an excellent realtor. My husband and I recently sold our home in Mesa through Cheryl. We interviewed several realtors and Cheryl was the most professional, direct, and really down to earth. We wanted a realtor who would work for us and not the other way around (as past experience with other realtors). Cheryl made professional flyers for buyers during showings, she took my "updates list" and added beautiful photos to the list and printed on very nice paper, she hired a professional videographer (with drone), photographer and made branded videos for buyers and an unbranded video for mls. The most important thing Cheryl did was hang on to our counter-offer because she knew we had three more showings the next day and she told all of them we had offers and pushed to get 2 more offers. We are very appreciative of her hard work for us to get asking price. Highly Highly recommend Cheryl Riley!!!
