Ryan the technician was extremely helpful in addressing some of the issues I was having at a property. He went above and beyond giving advice and coming up with solutions for us. I highly recommend American Pest Management.
The crew was on time and my project was completed quickly. My only complaint was that I was not told I would be charged for them to notify surrounding neighbors of my spruce beetle spraying. I wasnt unhappy with the notifications, only that I wasnt told Id be charged for them to tape the notices on my neighbors doors. Otherwise, great service…… thank you!!
APM Anchorage are awesome!!!! Great customer service!!! They explained to me their processes and estimates, instructions and appointments were well communicated. The invoice and treatment done well documented, treatment follow up still on-going. I’m impressed!!! But this type of process did not occur to the heating treatment business I had with another company in the past. APM communicated well with me and what I needed to share with tenants. I will continue to update this review for the outcome and will obtain comments from tenants perspective.
