Awesome business who have always been there to help me. I had a navigation system installed and about a month out of the 1 year warranty it broke. They replaced it at no charge to me with a upgraded model as the one I had gotten had been problematic.
If you want the BEST you go to American Radio! Fast, professional and reliable. The prices are very reasonable and very likeable staff. The owner is a patriotic and common sensical man. I've been coming here for many years for myself and now my children.
The people here can only be described as really nice. My remote start lost its mind after 4 years and when I called they set me up with an appointment a few days later. It only took about a half an hour and I was back on my way working again. As I said really nice people. UPDATE: I love their new location out in Farragut. I have a 2014 RX-450h that I love but Lexus no longer supports Nav updates. I’ve been following the update systems that put CarPlay in the car but I had not seen the Hamilton Motors before stopping in to see Curtis. Scheduling with American has alway been easy. I could not be happier with the outcome. The unit replaces the factory screen with an updated larger touch screen but still maintains all the functionality of the original vehicle. As always, the installation work is flawless. I had a User induced issue but Curtis helped to understand what I had missed. They do great work.
Service and knowledge that is hard to come by these days! Upgrading the audio in our Jeep came with a few requirements. Loud, clean sound with a natural bass hit. Not an easy ask with a vehicle that spends much of its time without doors and a top. All the proper recommendations were made, budget was kept on point and the result is outstanding!
You can tell from the get-go this place cares about their customers. I had Kim set up the appointment and Adam did the work. Things could not have gone smoother with quick turn around and reasonable pricing. Five star performance and I will be back!
