Fernando was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped guide me through obtaining homeowners insurance for our first home. My experience working with Fernando was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. He required a very detailed breakdown of our existing insurance coverage, including exact pricing for every coverage limit, and wouldn’t proceed without it—even after I explained I was looking for a competitive quote. After a long back-and-forth, he did provide a better home insurance quote, but then said it was required to bundle with auto insurance. He again requested full pricing details, only to come back with an auto quote nearly $1,000 more per year. Presenting that as “would you like to proceed?” felt disingenuous given that it clearly didn’t make financial sense. Overall, the process was time-consuming and left me feeling uncomfortable with the level of transparency and trust. Others may have better experiences, but mine was fairly painful.

We started working with Fernando several months ago after our existing auto insurance carrier doubled our premium. Fernando quickly found us much better auto, renter's, and umbrella policies. Most recently, he helped us find homeowner's insurance for a 100+-year-old house, which was not easy. Throughout the process, Fernando has been exceptionally responsive, diligent, and accountable. He has taken the time to explain the finer points of insurance policies along with his basic guidance. We highly recommend him!
