I've been working with Layla for the past few months, and I’ve already grown so much as a singer. Layla is such a warm, friendly, and genuinely lovely person to work with. They are incredibly thoughtful about tailoring lessons to what I care about—making sure I’m both enjoying myself and improving. Every lesson feels encouraging and personalized, and I always look forward to my singing lessons each week. I highly recommend Layla and the studio to anyone looking for a supportive, joyful learning environment!
I’ve been taking lessons with Sabrina for the past two years, and she has been an amazing teacher! My singing has improved by leaps and bounds, and she’s helped me build to confidence to perform on stage several times over the last year. On top of that, Amy provides so many opportunities to grow as a singer/artist through the studio, including acting lessons and performance coaching. If you’re looking to start/develop your singing skills, I’d highly recommend doing it here.
My daughter started voice lessons not just to sing better, but to build confidence and come out of her shell. Amy paired her with Layla, and the results were beyond my expectation. From day one Layla welcomed us with enormous empathy and kindness, creating a safe space. After just four lessons, I was stunned to hear my girl sing with such clarity and emotion and even more amazed when she asked to perform a "solo" at the winter concert. Layla’s energy and teaching style worked wonders—helping her overcome shyness and teaching her how to use her voice. This experience has been truly transformative and empowering. I’ve been taking singing lessons with Morgan for the past three months and I absolutely love it! She is super sweet, welcoming, knowledgeable, supportive and an amazing teacher and singer. I look forward to continue working with her and improving my skills as a singer and performer. I also am super happy with my experience so far with Amy Dancz studio. Amy is very responsive via email and willing to accommodate my classes as my schedule changes. She also offers many opportunities to perform, take group classes and take acting lessons.
I’ve been taking lessons at the Downtown Crossing Studio for about nine months now, and it’s honestly become one of the highlights of my week. Sabrina is an incredible teacher. She makes every lesson fun and really engaging. As someone who came in with no background in singing or music theory, I’ve loved how she comes up with creative ways to teach the basics and make it all feel approachable. Another thing I really appreciate is the studio’s music showcases that happen every few months. They offer a great opportunity to get up on stage and perform in front of a friendly and supportive crowd. It’s been a huge confidence boost and makes the whole experience even more rewarding.
