At Andrews Jewelers Sarah was extremely helpful from the first day I came in. My sister had passed away and she left me a lot of her jewelry. I was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. I went to Andrews and Sarah gave me an idea of what the values of some of the jewelry. She was caring, and listened and guided me. More recently we were looking to get some earrings for our granddaughter for this year when she graduated college. She guided my husband and myself and we got a beautiful pair of earrings. Also, I had a emerald ring that my father had given me years ago. It was too small and I had some smaller emeralds attached to another piece. Sarah guided me with getting an improved band and putting the other smaller emeralds to accent on the sides. Sarah is extremely professional, knowledgeable, interested and caring. She listens and works with the customer and will seek advise from the jeweler directly as needed. Their work is beautiful!! I would highly recommend Andrews Jewelers. Mrs. Goldsmith
Andrew’s Jewelers was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process of custom-making an engagement ring for my now fiancée. From the very beginning, they were extremely accommodating, patient, and attentive to every detail. Communication was outstanding—I was kept informed at every step, which made the whole experience stress-free and exciting. The final result was beyond beautiful and exceeded all expectations. A huge thank you to Victoria, Sara, and Andy, who were all amazing to work with and truly made this such a special experience. I couldn’t recommend Andrew’s Jewelers more for engagement rings or any jewelry needs—you’re in great hands.
I needed a very fine gold chain and sterling silver earring repaired. I picked Andrew’s Jewelers because of their web site and proximity to my home. I took them into the store on Thursday and both were ready by Friday. Both look brand new. The staff was so pleasant and helpful and the price was reasonable. I give the artisan who did the work a lot of credit for a job well done

I called Andrews for a resizing of my engagement ring which I needed the ring back the same day. They were absolutely amazing and I got my ring back within 2 hours of dropping it off!!! I was so anxious as I had just gotten engaged the day prior and was going on a trip the next day and really wanted my engagement ring for the trip. Thankfully Andrews was able to get my ring in and out!! They truly made me feel at ease and completed my ring quickly and beautifully!!!
