From the minute I walked in the attention given by reception was just amazing. Our baby boy Chuckie was taken straight to be examined and get the attention he needed. They were so comforting and thoughtful and you felt like you were heard. I was reassured and they looked after him so well and worked until 1am for me to come and fetch him. The following day they reached out just at the right time where I was feeling overwhelmed. Their reassurance and advice was so appreciated. Their follow up procedure may be just a little reach out, but it meant the world to me. Thank you to all the staff at AES for your care of our furry family 🐾- Sharon
Our beautiful dog Tigger was recently in ICU and we were told he had only 20% he would survive. During such an emotional and difficult time, the love, care, and kindness shown by the entire team was truly beyond words. Every nurse and vet treated Tigger with such compassion and warmth — not just as a patient, but as if he were their own. Their dedication and gentle care helped him recover and come home to us, something we will be forever grateful for. Thank you all so much for the love and hope you gave Tigger and our family. 💛
Short wait, friendly caring staff. Cost less than I expected. Wish the emergency health system for humans was as good an experience. Shout out to Charlotte who rolled her sleeves up and helped clean my dogs huge vomit out my van with enthusiasm. Look at this dog, he feels so guilty he won’t even look at the camera!
