I started out loving this place. My deceased uncle George Rowe took me there as a kid. A few months back prob April 2025 My girl Marie and I rented a storage unit to sell our collectibles and such. A month or two into it we had a serious family loss. We couldn't pay our 2nd month . Well Ben son of founder and I spoke on the phone. He was the coldest human being I have ever met. I told him about what happened , our loss and that everything we owned was in the unit and could he please help us out and work with us. He said I would also lose our $100 deposit unless I have a 30 day notice , so I aid I have to i guess cant afford it . Well next month two weeks ago I called said we're going to move I just needed one extra day to get a truck to collect our things, he said I never gave notice so I lost my $100 deposit. And no extra days allowed not even one. The bill went from $160 to $560 plus loss deposit. He charges $50 late fee it's not right law says 5% of months rent which was $160 or $50 late fee whatever less I think late fee shoulda been like $8;, he said $50 how many he done this too who lost everything sent no letters nothing. He said about our loss quote "NOT MY PROBLEM"!! . WERE GOING TO LOSE EVERYTHING WE OWN unit 673. I wanted to take my kids there .. my wife and I are so hurt how cold these multimillionaire are. They need our 65" TV and clothes, little stuff we have. Now we live in a tent. He could a took the deposit but he's not got extra 560. . IRS might be curious where all the cash for tables collected every Saturday and Sunday went no receipts given I'm sure over years quite a bundle huh Ben. WE JUST GOT EMAIL 50 PEOPLE VIEWED THIS. . ANYONE LOSE THEIR STORAGE UNIT? I MADE CALLS HE IS WRONG HOW HE CHARGES MY DAD WOULDA KICKED MY BEHIND IF I HAD A UPSET CUSTOMER. I WAS GETTING READY TO RENT ANOTHER UNIT IN Jan . There is a lot of stuff in this locker was everything I was selling every weekend. Worth prob $2000 you want it pay for it you can have it all . I just want our clothes. And my kids things. Taking everything we own. I'm filing court tomorrow
Came here on Saturday around 11:30am, and it is literally empty! The main store does not even have the same name, maybe change of ownership? Not sure about Sunday though…
Great place to see all the items from back in the day when I was a kid. Lots of vintage collectibles but with a high price. The flea market part was great. Vendors were very nice and willing to negotiate with you. Was definitely worth going.
What a wonderful treasure trove! We stopped on the way to Niagara Falls to look for old jewelry, and they have an amazing selections with excellent prices. Pieces range from costume jewelry to gold and precious stones. I also bought a couple of lovely teacups and saucers. The ladies working were so kind and friendly. Great stop!
