Best customer service. Kaleb handled our situation as I if were a part of his own family, making sure everything was up to my standards of living before moving on to his next appointment of the day. He was kind and courteous of the home and even called and explained what services needed to be done to our property management company. We had the whole works done for $5600 (mildicide and sanitize spray, fancy filters, AC clean outs) because we have dogs and a cat and had just moved in to an old house that looked dirty. Austin Zgabay did a great job and was great at communicating with us and addressing our concerns and offering the best solutions to have clear air in our house. I love that he protected the wall corners from the big hose, I’ve never had someone do that before. He was really respectful and work a long hard day and was very friendly! Thank you guys! I would definitely recommend!
The whole process was pleasant from calling in and setting up appointments and being notified when the techs would arrive.Caleb and Chris did at great job explaining what needed to be done . They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They worked very efficiently and were polite. Overall experience was pleasant.
I saw an ad for Apex Clean Air’s $49 whole-house duct cleaning special and booked an appointment. The technician arrived early, was polite, professional, and clearly cared about doing quality work. After 20 years without a cleaning, he did a thorough job and explained everything well. During the service, he offered several upgrades — honestly, it felt a bit like high-pressure sales at first. I let him know I wasn’t interested, and we moved on. However, what really impressed me was what happened afterward: my furnace unexpectedly stopped working right after the cleaning. The technician drove all the way back that evening to help, and the next day Apex sent HVAC pros who repaired it at no cost and even replaced my system’s circuit board (a $900 part) for free. The owner personally called and added a complimentary UV system to apologize for the inconvenience. That level of care won me over. In the end, the result was outstanding. My system runs better than ever, and I even opted for one of the additional services (coil cleaning) that turned out to be totally worth it. I truly feel they stand behind their work and their customers. Technicians John, Josh, and Trenton were great and owner Mike all showed me how much they care about their customers. Would I recommend them? Yes — absolutely. Just be ready for some upgrade offers, but know that they deliver great quality and stand by their word.
