Super super helpful!! I came in with a super old barely functioning build and a bunch of hopes and requests. They really went above and beyond to make it happen! I couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail and performance. Will definitely be going back for future upgrades!!
Jeremiah and his team was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and simply a pleasure to interact with. I bought a new computer and needed to save all date and transfer over to the new computer. All went pretty smoothly until we ran into some problem with Microsoft Outlook. He was able to quickly figuer out the issue and get that running smoothly as the rest of the computer. I really can't say enough regarding how amazing the process was. Thanks, Jeremiah and team.
One of the best computer repairs that I've been to. He was able to fix my fan issue on my laptop. He was also kind enough to offer me a discount since I'm a student. Had very good conversations with him about his custom built PC's and cars. Very amazing work, I'll stop by him again if I ever get more problems.
DO NOT GO HERE - HE WILL BREAK YOUR EQUIPMENT AND TRY TO OVERCHARGE YOU!! Cracked my laptop screen (it was still working, just aesthetically cracked) and was told it would be an easy fix. He couldn't find the screen I needed in the U.S., but found one overseas - the shipping costs were insane. Before double-checking to make sure all was good, he started the repair, only to find out the screen he'd found and made me buy was actually an incorrect fit. During the repair process, he destroyed my old screen, so there was no way to put it back on. At this point, my computer was broken in half, not working (which it was functional before I brought it to him). He did not offer to pay for shipping back overseas, even though he recommended the purchase. Luckily, a family member had an old computer lying around, just a dead battery, which they offered to fix, so I had a temporary laptop. He quoted me a discounted price for being a teacher (but the guy's super disorganized and didn't write anything down). When I came back after the repair was finished, he tried to get me to pay double what he'd originally quoted, taking advantage. After breaking my functional laptop, he had the nerve to try to overcharge me for my backup laptop battery repair! When I told him that was not what he originally quoted, he said, "okay, you can repay me by giving me a perfect 5-star review." This place is a SCAM, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I had my desktop PC for 5 years and was looking to update to Windows 11. Unfortunately, my hardware was incompatible so I needed a major upgrade. Luckily, Jeremiah from Apogee patched me up with a deep clean of my entire rig. He even saved me chunks of money from purchasing a brand new CPU and GPU and was able to install everything at no extra charge including Windows 11. My PC has never felt much smoother to work/play on and it's all thanks to Jeremiah! Apogee Computer Technologies is the PC Repair team for everyone!
