Wait staff were friendly and happy to help. Servings were small and insistent, had probably half the serve of calamari as the next table. Compared to the first time I went, the meat skewer main was literally half as much meat, served with no garnish just the dip on a very empty looking plate. Mussels smelt very fishy and were very dry. Cheeseburger bun was very cold from the cold plate it went on by the time it got to us. House tap beer tastes like VB and aperol spritz was watery. Came back a second time with friends so they could have a nice dinner, as the first time I went. Unfortunately it was not repeated. Will not be coming back. Prices, even with eat club discount, are too high for the quality and quantity of food. Venue is cool though!

We hosted our wedding reception here and have no hesitation in recommending to anyone considering hosting here as well. Aside from the natural charm of the architecture, the staff helped us in creating a vibrant atmosphere and ensuring everything ran smoothly on the night. We had around 90 guests, and utilising the main bar and mezzanine level gave us ample room to socialise, dance and move around freely without feeling too crowded, or too spaced apart. We had the DJ booth set up in the main bar, and our photobooth upstairs, encouraging guests to move between areas without anything feeling intrusive. The booths and seating throughout allowed us and our guests to have space to retreat or find quieter moments throughout the night We were totally taken care of in terms of our catering and drinks and were able to create a bespoke set for our night using a mixture of the canape and platter menu, bar tab and pre-purchased wines. These were delivered with precision against our run sheet, and the cocktails were definitely a huge hit. Something that stood out for us on the night was how swiftly they helped in getting additional items out on the floor that weren't originally included in our amounts.

I had such a great experience at Arcade Bar and Club! I grabbed dinner beforehand and tried one of their burgers, and honestly, it completely exceeded my expectations. Super flavourful, perfectly cooked, and way better than your usual bar food, genuinely one of the standouts of the night. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends, too. The ambience upstairs is really cool, with a unique bar setup and awesome projections on the ceiling that give the whole place a fun, modern vibe. It’s the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer than planned. Later in the night, we headed down to the club, and the vibe there was unreal. It was packed, but in the best way, with everyone dancing and having a great time. The lounge-style layout of the club made it feel both stylish and energetic. The drinks were excellent as well. My vodka cranberry was more than satisfying, and the bartenders were super friendly and accommodating. They were happy to change my drink before starting it if I wanted something different, which I really appreciated. Great service all around. Overall, an incredible night out with great food, great vibes, and even better staff. I’ll definitely be back!

5 stars for food which was fresh and superb, but 1 star for the lights turning off and no explanation for why they are off, we just ate lunch in the dark using the lights on our phones... It was very strange.

We came here for the EatClub deal and the food here was quite decent for its price. We were the only customers during late dinner hours though. I had a lobster roll and I liked its generous filling of lobster meat. The bread was soft to my liking too. We had fried squid for sharing and it was crunchy and flavorful to my liking. My friend said the steak was very decent and delicious for its price. All in all we had a pleasant dining experience here as food was served quick and the servers were polite and friendly to us.
