I had a drain line issue in my washroom, water was pooling on the floor, I called three other companies and they were backed up for days, I called Arctic Sewer and Drain and within minutes scheduled a service call that same afternoon. The Tech arrived, seen and diagnosed my issue, went right to work, explained to me what needed to be done and he was speedy, got right to it with right equipment ,friendly and even snaked my main drain to street. Now I am comfortable knowing I have good drainage in my pipes. I recommend this company for the quick return communication and quick service for what was a stressful situation.
Honesty you don’t find often any more! Called in thinking I had a drain/septic issue and so beyond thankful I got to speak to Issac. He could’ve charged me for a visit and inspection but listened to my issues and told me the sound and smell issues I was experiencing were due to frozen roof vent pipes. We called out a roofer and that was exactly our issue. Seriously grateful to Issac and his integrity. If I ever have a drain issue, this will be my only call. Thank you so much!!
I had a tub that was not draining. I had called Alaska Sewer & Drain, who I have used before and they did not return my call and when I called them back it was forwarded to someone's cell phone that had nothing to do with the company! I called Arctic Sewer & Drain and they got me on their schedule. They showed up ahead of schedule and were polite and friendly. Cleared my tub drain (hair gremlin) and were in and out in 30 Minutes! I am impressed and very happy with Arctic Sewer & Drain. They have definely earned me as a customer. Thanks Isaac's!!!
