I got the Cinderella facial and it was a great service, Danielle explained everything she was using and gave me a quick mini skin analysis and explained different issues with my skin and how to fix them, overall the experience was amazing and the customer service was even better, would 100% recommend and I will be making this place my regular.
I attended the appointment but no service was provided. I had a special condition and tried to come up with a solution with Arivon but they didn't try to help at all. They told me at my face that they will charge me full price without doing nothing and even though I asked for continuing the service or replace it with other services, they said it's a waste of wax, which I have paid for? The attitude is absolutely terrible!!!
Had a wax done today, Danielle made me feel very comfortable, very relaxed. Explained everything in detail. Honestly the best wax I've had in a long time. Will definitely go back.
I had a Hollywood wax today by Danielle Roberts. I can’t tell you how comfortable she made me feel, she made the atmosphere insanely calm. She is incredibly professional and beyond kind. I’m absolutely happy with my results and I can’t wait to tell everyone I know about her. THANK YOU Danielle ❤️
Great experience! It was my first time visiting Arivon and I will now not be going anywhere else for my waxing. Danielle was amazing, so professional and really lovely. I felt instantly comfortable and we had such a good laugh during my appointment. So happy with the results and would definitely recommend.
