My mom has taken all her pets to Ark Vets in Central Phoenix. We love this place. You can easily make an appointment online and you never have to wait too long while there. They get you in and out efficiently while still providing great services. We highly recommend it.
When I saw the address I was a little worried because the area is not the best, but this place was great!!! It was pristinely clean! The front desk staff was so nice and went above and beyond for my little one and me. I’m in a wheelchair and their doors were too heavy for me to open by myself but before I even asked there was always staff already rushing over to help me every time! The doctor was so nice! He sat on the floor with my little one almost the entire time we were discussing the history of illness she’s been going through! He did her exam in the same room with me which made me much more comfortable and my pup too. Then we talked about what services she needed and the doctor, as well as the tech Rain, we’re both so helpful and patient when explaining what they would do, could do, what I’d expect to see in my pup within the few days after, and the sort of programs that will help us get her taken care of. I had been taking her to ASPCA since August. With the same issues and after multiple visits with ASPCA I had spent more with them than in this one trip to Ark where I got so much more information, treatment, and answers. My pup and I are so very grateful for all the staff at Ark and the great care and treatment we received! I’ll never take her anywhere else again!
AMAZING! I’m in the office A LOT with my dog. Cannot say enough kind words about everyone who works there. I feel confident I’ll be able to give my dog great care in his senior years. He is so loved and the Dr’s and techs are incredible!! They treat my dog like it was one of their own pets. They are so kind with him. He was born deaf and they are so patient and loving with him. Front desk is also very caring. Especially when I come in and I’m already stressed and worried when my dog is sick.
Liz and Dr. Shea took such good care of my baby girl. We went in for some recent digestive issues and they listened and figured out the issue quickly. As vets tend to be, the services were pricy but I did not get the sense that anyone was trying to take me for more than I am worth. They sent us off with detailed instructions for meds and next steps, so we can move forward knowing what is to come and watch to keep an eye out for.
I took my cat Biscuit to see Dr. Neagu today for an urgent care visit. The front desk lady was pleasant, the super tall gentleman vet tech was very nice, and the Dr was very personable. They were able to see my cat as a new patient the same day and I was speaking with the vet tech within 10 minutes of my 4 pm appointment time. I did not experience anything I read in the negative reviews, nor do I think this is a "rich person's vet", as the prices were comparable to my regular vet. I usually go to Banfield, but I would like to move to a vet not owned by some huge conglomerate like Banfield, so I feel like we will be transferring our care for both of my cats to Ark. Thank you for a good experience! See you all soon!
