We chose Arrington Roofing because of all the information we received from them before we signed a contract. Randy did a great job of providing the information we needed to make an informed decision and making us comfortable with what they were proposing for a roof replacement for our home. Their price was very competitive. When the install date was approaching, we were given the name of the crew chief (Ricky) and the quality control supervisor (Edgar). Both were very nice and helpful. We chose the class 4 impact resistant shingles because they will save us $900 a year on our homeowners insurance. The work was completed in a day and a half with no issues arising. They cleaned up well. Going over the yard and especially the driveway and road around the house several times making sure no nails or debris remained. A final walk through showed excellent work with the promise that if we found anything that concerned us in the next few weeks they would come out and address it. They also give a 10 year workmanship warrenty on top of the 30 year warranty on the shingles. I am very impressed with Arrington and the way they do business. I highly recommend them.
I can’t recommend Arrington enough. 2 1/2 years ago, after a bad storm, I called Arrington and Randy came out the next day. If he told me I needed a new right then, I would have believed him as it was old and in rough shape. But he told me he found no leaking and it could wait a bit. It would have been difficult to swing back then. Finally ready for that roof and he came back with samples and colors, and suggested I talk to my insurance agent about any possible discounts. A few days ago the crew came out and installed a beautiful class 4 roof, which the significant discount my insurance co is giving on my homeowners policy will pay for the roof long before it wears out. They also replaced some decking and did other work for us. A top notch company, they kept me in the loop every step.
I have four words to describe Arrington Roofing — competitive, communicative, competent, and caring. From bid to final inspection, the entire process exceeded my expectations. During the bid phase, Cameron took the time to listen first, understand my needs, and respond promptly and professionally — no fluff, no hype. In my opinion, you won’t find a more trustworthy team in the roofing business than Cameron and Arrington Roofing. Once the project began, the installation crew was safe, thorough, and efficient. They addressed every concern quickly and kept the site clean and organized. The final inspection passed with flying colors, thanks to a quality control team that ensured everything was done perfectly. I’m thoroughly satisfied — and on a scale of one to five, I give Arrington Roofing a solid ten.

Initially, my emotions included fear and trepidation to tackle a roof replacement but quickly were dispelled. Jason held my hand throughout the process from start to completion. He is a professional who displays knowledge, enthusiasm, and dedication about his work. In addition, he demonstrated patience, respect, and kindness when responding to all my calls and questions. He went above and beyond to discuss the roof replacement procedure. Upon his prompt arrival, Jason performed a detailed inspection of the roof. With photos, he thoroughly explained the condition of the roof. Moreover, with all the options, he clarified the positives and negatives of the different brands of roofing shingles. I appreciated his honesty and work ethic. Furthermore, Jason assisted me with the insurance company. Wow! In less than a month a new roof was installed. Thank you Arrington Roofing for a continuing track record of performing roof installations with excellence and hiring personnel with integrity.
Very professional company that has always had a great reputation around the neighborhood. Randy did a great job every step of the way making sure to communicate my concerns to his crew. He did a walk through he day before with the crew leader and followed up with me at the end of the job. They discovered some decking that needed to be replaced after they removed the shingles and the bid for everything was reasonable. I would use them again but I hope I don’t have to!
