Highly recommend Ash + Arrow! We’ve used them three years in a row and I won’t do a special event/kids party at my house without them at this point. We’ve done a single large decoration one year, their boho picnic party the next, and then this year we had a fully customized Christmas party decorated by them. They are so personal and efficient and it’s so worth it to have someone come set it all up and then take it all down the very next day. You guys are life savers! 10/10
I attended a party planned and coordinated by Ash + Arrow and it was done very well. Bounce houses for the kids, custom drinks (including NA options) for the adults, a beautiful tent for some shade, excellent food, etc.
Glamping for our Anniversary! I adored the setup, and it was quite cozy. The meal set up for two was environmentally conscious. The layering of rugs, textiles, and pillows kept us warm during the cold night. We had to reschedule due to rain, and they were great at communication during the entire process. I will say that it is a little pricey for two people overnight, but that is an appropriate and well earned price for the complete setup/take down of such a memorable experience. You do have to book your campsite separately, so be cautious of that when scheduling. It is bring your own food/beverage, just to be clear. My only regret is not including more friends to share the fun experience with. I guess I will just have to book again!
The Ash and Arrow team are incredibly talented and truly the best in the Madison area! Alysha was helpful throughout the months of planning and she made my vision come to life! Thank you for your work and creativity, we received so many compliments!
I cannot say enough good things about Ash + Arrow Events. From the planning process to the set up to the day after clean up- they were spectacular. They were prompt with communication, flexible with timing, and paid exquisite attention to every last detail. On the night of our party they told us they were “on call” essentially- and would come right back to our house if we needed help with anything! Our daughters had such a fun celebration for their 6th birthday. I can’t wait to try out some of the other themed events they offer! Thanks Ash + Arrow!
