Excellent job! We were in a pinch to get a mattress for visiting family and manager Anthony helped with a price and to get the mattress to us sooner than we expected. The sales girl Zahra was extremely professional and assured us all would be ok. I would in customer service and am a manager. I do now what good customer service is! Wow, she really made me an Ashley customer for life now!
DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. Buy your furniture and move on. I purchased a table and four chairs. The table arrived with a small chip on the folding edge—not very noticeable, so I let it go. However, one of the chairs arrived cracked on the back support, which is part of the back legs, not the front legs. That’s when the real problem started: Ashley’s warranty department is completely incompetent. Their system would not allow me to upload photos due to a 1MB size limit, so I had to contact support and send photos by email instead. The photos clearly showed damage on the back legs/back support assembly, not the front legs. Despite being assured multiple times that the issue was handled, I kept receiving automated emails asking me to upload photos (not videos—I never uploaded any videos). After three days of nonstop emails, I called to check the status. I was then told that replacement FRONT legs were being processed. To be absolutely clear: the damage was on the BACK legs, which include the attached back support of the chair. I was told someone would call me back. No call ever came. Instead, the wrong parts were shipped anyway. At that point, enough was enough. I requested a refund for the warranty. Save yourself the headache: do not buy the warranty. Ashley Furniture’s warranty process is broken, disorganized, and a complete waste of time. I will update if they will refund my warranty and if they will finally send me the right parts,…. or i will refund everything altogether. (They already pushed some buttons that made me request warranty refund)
I had been reviewing the Ashley website for some time before I decided to make a trip out to a store on Carson Blvd. I just wanted to purchase a reclining dual powered love seat sofa. Mr. Zi Yi Wang immediately approached me when I entered the store, and he provided me excellent support and service during my visit. The payment process and scheduling of delivery was a breeze and I was out of the store in about 1/2 hour. The delivery men arrived today well within the scheduled window, and promptly assembled the sofa. I was then able to verify that all the reclining features were operable. The sofa looks great in my living room...little doggie is already making himself comfortable on one of the seats :o) Stellar experience all around...I highly recommend this store to all.

The guest service was excellent — everyone was friendly, patient, and welcoming. I really appreciated that there was no pushy or overbearing sales pressure, which allowed me to browse comfortably and make my own choices. A special shoutout to Kevin Johnson, who truly went above and beyond! He helped me every step of the way and made ordering my beautiful new couch an absolute breeze. The store service by Faye was amazing! Their delivery service and customer service horrible. They had to reschedule my initial appointment, When item finally showed up it was defected where they said they couldn’t set up. Then told me it take 7 days for someone to come out. Now we have no bed and items just delivered and left on floor and in boxes in my garage.
