My husband and I stepped into Ashley's Saturday just to look around for living furniture. We walked around for a few minutes browsing when Mr. Ernest Skipper asked if we needed any help. We describe what we was looking for and he took us right to it. He is very knowledgeable about the furniture, very friendly, and he is not pushy. He listened, gave us options and stayed patient with us. We was also looking at buying a new mattress. Again we told him what kind of mattress we was looking for and took us to the most perfect one for us. We have found our home furniture store and out salesman.
Rick was amazing at Ashley Furniture on the Parkway!! He was honest and up front about each and every piece we looked at. He made clear, the pros and cons, that I requested to know. He is very honest, I recommend him to anyone considering Ashley! Next time I’m in need, I will definitely be seeing Rick and Preston! Preston in finance, gave the best imaginable deal on my living room set, warranty, AND White Glove delivery! Go see Rick and Preston!
Hassle-free Experience: I shop for bedroom furniture every 10 years. This was our first Ashley purchase and Mr. Frank Swoope was extremely helpful, showed us, picky customers, around the store and patient with us. Give this man a raise and bonus, well deserved.
LaGina was wonderful to us. No pressure and it felt like talking to a friend. She was knowledgeable about everything we looked at and where in the store to find it. She even stayed late to complete our purchase! We really appreciate her!
My husband and I went to Ashley furniture to look for a new couch today, which we ended up purchasing. We were greeted by their sales associate named Rives with absolutely no pressue. Not one time did he make it feel like we were talking to a sales associate. He is knowledgeable, kind and patient. Rives is wonderful at what he does and we appreciate the ease of today's experience.
