We used Astro Jump for our schoolwide Trunk or Treat! Leslie was great helping us get approved with Chesterfield County and making sure delivery occurred at a good time. They were great, clean equipment and I look forward to using them in the future!
My employer requested that we reserve AstroJump for a department wide event. Leslie, the office manager, was thorough and responded in a prompt matter always. She has a pleasant tone and carefully explained their processes. On the day of the event, our driver Jacob was amazing. He communicated well and was sure to explain the Interactive Light Cone Race game to me. The overall experience was a 10/10. We will be using Astro Jump for all of our events in the future.
We have used Astro Jump multiple times for our annual event. We have always found all the staff to be courteous, professional, and accommodating. The process is easy, from rental to setup and takedown on event day. This company does what they say they will do, in the time frame they say they will do it. We find AstroJump to be a great value and event partner.
We are so pleased with Astro Jump Richmond! We rented a water slide and sno cone machine for a huge birthday party for 15 grandchildren! These people are prompt, helpful, professional and the price was most reasonable. I highly recommend them.
Pendleton Law Team enlisted Astro Jump of Richmond to provide us with a dunk tank for our 2025 Anthem LemonAid stand, and it was a HUGE hit! Delivery was on time and early, instructions were easy to follow and clear, and they picked everything up without any issues. We will definitely use them again when we need a dunk tank in the future - great company!
