I had a free 15 minute consultation with this law firm and it was a waste of my time. She showed no empathy for my situation and kept on talking about their retainer fee instead of what they could offer me. I offered to email my case paperwork and she stated "we are already 9 mins. in our free consultation" so she did not have more time to give. She lacked empathy and acted arrogant when I tried explaining to her that I was not going to pay a $5,000 retainer fee just for her to look up my case and to tell me what she can and can not help me with. I thought that, that was the purpose of the consultation. I tried to keep my composure and I tried ending the conversation in a nice way but she kept on talking and trying to give me advice on what to expect when calling a law office. Worse service ever. You can tell that all they care for is the money.
