The “therapists” are glued to their laptops. I don’t know if they are charting or in Tik Tok. I was a registered nurse and didn’t have as much charting as they seem to. They are very dismissive and will continue to talk to you as they’re walking away from you. All in all, I do not recommend.

Good session today, I felt a big benefit, after the session ,including the ice down session , wish thay homeless guy camped in front of your door was gone ,wife did feel comfortable leaving to run errands after she dropped me off !

Hands down the worst PT I've ever been to. They didn't tell me my insurance didn't fully cover my appointments, they didn't apply my new insurance even after I saw them take down the information (I repeatedly asked to make sure they would) and when I tried communicating with the billing office afterwards nothing changed even though they assured my insurance would be applied. They doubled what I owed, refusing to apply my insurance to my last appointment. Not only that, I didn't receive a single bill until after I discharged (surprise! You owe xyz amount! Why wouldn't they tell me? Don't they want you to pay?). That last appointment (even though they didn't use my insurance information), they didn't send me a bill for it for 5 months. This is just the financial mess side of things. I'm not comfortable describing anything else. Honestly, would recommend against for anyone; especially anyone who changes insurances as they might "lose" or "forget" your insurance information to charge you more but not tell, just send a bill to you months after your last appointment. EDIT: Their Patient Advocates don't understand what their job titles mean and will just further screw you over while saying they fixed the issue.
